The 1stYEAR course consists of 3 sessions, with each session lasting about 3 hours.
This course is highly recommended for parents with child 4-9 months old and parents who have completed the 1st60DAYS parenting course.

11 Jan (Sat) : 9am to 12pm (F2F with food prep demo)
12 Jan (Sun) : 9am to 12pm (Zoom)
